Water tightness test and air tightness

Elasticity and the sealing property of rubber are widely used to shut off the water, air, oil and gas. The products using these properties are so many starting from simple flat rubber packing to the complicated sections and various construction parts using complex materials. Making the full use of these properties with our high technology, performance of the automotive parts, construction parts, civil engineering parts and mechanism parts are significantly improved.

[ Dynamic Wind Pressure Testing Equipment ]

This testing equipment can verify various performances of not only the rubber gaskets that are designed and manufactured by our company but also those that are designed and manufactured to the specifications of customer. It can test the strength for wind load, water tightness, air permeability of external wall and window up to 2,000 x 2,000 in compliance with the JIS test methods.

Fire-resistant and Flame-retardant Properties

As the final products become more miniaturized and upgraded for high performance, all the components and parts are required to improve the fire-resistant property and the self-extinguishing property. Our technology to improve the fire-resistant property and the flame-retardant property of rubber products has contributed very much to develop the most advanced home electric appliances, automotive parts, electric communication equipment and building construction materials.

[ Full Scale Wall Panel Fire Resistance Test Furnace ]

With this test equipment, the fire protection and fire resistance properties of the rubber gaskets that are designed and manufactured by our company but also those that are designed and manufactured to the specifications of customer are tested. This equipment is to test the wall "C" (width 900 mm x height 900 mm) according to JIS-A1304 "Method of fire resistance test for structural parts of buildings". This equipment is programmed to expose the test piece to the standard fire for 30 minutes to 4 hours according to JIS-A1311 "Method of fire protecting test of fire door for building". The preliminary experiment of the fire protection and fire resistance properties of doors and windows having the size of 900 mm width and 900 mm height can be performed with this equipment.Because this system is not equipped with the load bearing device, the "Fire resistance test under load" is not available.

*Because the test piece size is limited to less than 900 mm square, the test result does not conform to the official approval for the test pieces A and B specified in JIS-A1301, JIS-A1302, JIS-A1304 and JIS-A1311.

Fire Resistance Test Furnace

Heatup Setting
The temperature is controlled by setting the temperature waveform of the programmable controller.

Heating Test (2)30 minutes to 4 hours heating test specified in JIS-A1304 and JIS-A1311.
